The publisher appears to have shipped copies of the textbook that are missing the DVD. This seems to have happened when they recently moved to their new on-demand publishing setup for all of their textbooks.

The publisher has a website where you can download the textbook’s DVD materials at

http://extras.springer.com/2008/978-0-387-72670-0

I recently received permission from the publisher to also place the DVD files on a website here as an alternative. (Some users have had problems with my site here, but others report it works fine. So try the publisher site above first).
